Straps & Stow sells luggage, everyday bags, and travel accessories — including carry-on cases, duffels, totes, kids' luggage, straps, nametags, and tracker pouches — for personal, non-commercial use.

Carry-On Sizing
Our carry-on luggage is built and measured against the tightest size limit we track across major carriers, and exact dimensions (in inches and centimeters) are listed on each product page. Airline size rules can change or vary by aircraft and gate agent discretion, so we can't guarantee acceptance by every carrier in every circumstance — but if a bag purchased as "carry-on" is rejected at the gate for exceeding our listed dimensions, contact us and we'll make it right under our returns policy below.
Personalization & Custom Orders

Personalized items (engraved nametags, monogrammed straps, custom charms, and similar) are made to order based on the details you submit at checkout

You're responsible for checking spelling, initials, and other custom text before submitting your order — we produce items exactly as entered

Because these items are made specifically for you, personalized orders can't be cancelled or exchanged once production has started, except where the item arrives damaged or defective
Shipping

Returns & Refunds

We do our best to accurately describe materials, dimensions, and colors for every product. Minor variations (such as slight color differences due to screen display) may occur and aren't grounds for return unless the item is materially different from its description.
